“TALK” is the first drawing in a series of 3 drawings. The inspiration for this series is the stigmas surrounding mental health. The meaning in this particular drawing in the series is to “TALK” about mental health , and not treat it like some taboo. Some studies show that as many as 40% of men will not talk about their mental health in fear of being seen as weak. Breaking the stigma starts with educating ourselves on mental health ! “TALK” was done on 22x30 inch Watercolor paper hot press, and is done in charcoal and graphite.
